Make & Mingle with the Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce

Make & Mingle with the Chamber of Commerce

Lowell Makes hosted a “Make & Mingle” event for the Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce on May 6th. It was a great opportunity to showcase what Lowell Makes is all about and engage the local business community.

Big thanks to the shop captains and members who made the event a success! President Tracy Flynn spoke to the group of around 40 participants about all of the wonderful things happening at LM and Dylan Lavender gave a tour. Gary Cutbill was our in-house photographer for the evening, capturing all the moments of connecting and sharing. A special thanks to Adam Lagro for creating Lowell Makes branded keychains on the laser that were given to participants.

Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce President Danielle McFadden was thrilled with the turnout and impressed with our maker space.

“The transformation of Lowell Makes over the past decade has been absolutely incredible — from just 3 founders to a thriving community of over 400 members! They’ve become an amazing resource for our city, fostering creativity, innovation and collaboration. Their members are nothing short of wonderful and we were so grateful to experience that firsthand at our recent mixer!”

Thanks also to Spritz Mobile for bartending and creating some really delicious craft cocktails, and to A+R Media Studio for providing snacks.
